If you do not log in to your Rewards4Rugby League account AND collect/spend points for a period of twelve months or more, then your account will be classed as 'dormant' and your points balance will expire.
To save your points, there's two steps you will need to complete:
1. Log in to your Rewards4Rugby League account AND
2. Collect or spend points
then your Account will become a 'Dormant Account'.
This means that we may make your account inactive and cancel any Points balance sitting on it. But don't worry! We will contact you by email beforehand to let you know your Account is at risk of being re-classified as a Dormant Account and that your Points balance may be cancelled as a result. If you then log-in to your Account AND collect or spend Points within a period specified in the email, then your Account status will remain active.
Any unspent Points collected from the RFL, OurLeague, OurLeague Active, or through engagement activity with the Programme will expire and removed from your Account on the 5th of February 2026.
Please note that, as long as your Account remains active, any unspent Points collected with Retail Partners and Betting Partners will not be affected by this end-of-season expiry and will remain on your Account.
